A bigger issue may well be overriding the VM's MAC address in order to be
able to get a "handle" on it with DHCP once it starts. This was raised
(indirectly) in another thread and conflicts with the concept of immutable
workloads.

Let's make the charter a little bit flexible here as we have a large (and
constantly increasing number of) big brains between us to nut out the
details over the coming weeks.
