[caops-wg] Relying Party Defined Namespace Constraints document complete

Dear all,

During the CAOPS-session today at OGF26, we completed (yes, indeed!) the
Relying Party Defined Namespace Constraints (RPDNC) document. Only
very minor grammer changes and one cleanup were done with respect
to the version circulated last time on the list. The cleanup involed
removing a definition section for terms that were never used again
in the document.

The latest version is in it's usual location:

with version 15 being the MS Word DOC version with track changes enabled:

The last version (16) is now being submitted to the editor.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this document, and let it
be an inspiration for the next phase of defining a RPDNC language
that actually satisfies the requirements described in this doc.
