[caops-wg] Grid Certificate Profile final version 0.25

Dear all,

The latest version of the Grid Certificate Profile document, addressing
the last open issue raised inthe public comments on IE7 -- based on
Chrisots experimental result. The last version (0.25/8NOV) is now available
on GridForge at:
