[cads] Updated: GGF 18 Planning Meeting

Not sure how this mime attachment behaves with PC users, but for me  
using a Mac and iCalendar this won't import unless my email address  
explicitly shows up in the invite list (versus cads at ggf.org).  Thus I  
have no straightforward way to find out the date/time of the meeting.

Can you please include plaintext of the meeting information as well  
when you send these things out?
