Dear all,
Below, please find proposed agenda topics for our face-to-face meeting in 
January.  This list will be integrated with topic suggestions from 
Standards and Operations to develop a complete agenda for the week.  Please 
let me know if you have questions or additional suggestions.
Further information about the f2f including logistics and meeting 
preparation details (or, holiday homework :-) will be sent next week.

***Draft Agenda***

*2006 Objective, Sub-Objective and Area Assignment Review (30 min.)

*Review of operational model (1 hour)
   -Community Advisory Board, paths of interaction, composition
   -Standing agenda for bi-weekly meetings
   -Proposals for other areas/expanding existing areas within the community 
function

*Community Area Updates (4 hours)
   -mission, objective and project roll outs for each area
   -timelines

*GGF16 program report-out (15 minutes)

*GGF17 Community Program (1 hour)

Ad-Hoc Meetings:

*Community/Standards Liasion (1 hour)
   -input to standards (1. End User communication via VOCs to standards, 
aiding in the development of the VOCs; suggestions for End Users to do 
this,  i.e., be involved in the wg?)
   -similar discussion about vendor's interests

*Operations in another breakout as above (1 hour)
   -cross-promotion with Tabor and GridToday (CFP, GGF events)
   -Presence vs placards
   -marketing of community activities
