[BYTEIO-WG] Draft 0.3 of ByteIO Experiences document (finally)

Hi All,

we are not proposing to hold a ByteIO WG session at OGF in Boston, however
we are aiming to get things wrapped up for Barcelona in June.

I have attached the latest draft of the experiences document which
incorporates input from the four participants, plus the information from the
wiki. I believe I promised this document for the end of November, so it's
only 2.5 months late :-D

I still have to check against the mailing list for other issues picked up
during the process, as well as adding anything which was notified before the
process started in the early implementations.

Comments in the document are either general comments indicating what should
go in a section, or instructions to particular people. Before deleting a
comment, please ensure that you have posted a resolution to the comment
(even if it's "no action necessary") to this byteio-wg mailing list. 

I will continue to coordinate the production of new releases to this
document.
