[BYTEIO-WG] FLE endpoint up again

Folks,

thanks to Karolina and Mark pointing it out, the FLE endpoint had been
issuing wrong EPRs after the new interop factory WSDL had been adopted;
apologies for that.

This has been corrected, and the endpoint is up and running again, issuing
correct EPRs to our service.
