[BYTEIO-WG] Another implementation of ByteIO

Hi All,

I was visiting FZJ last week on another matter, and they mentioned that
they've done an implementation of the ByteIO RandomAccess interface as part
of their work.

I'm hoping that they will be able to talk about their implementation at
OGF20 in Manchester.
