Okay, it has been recorded on the list.

Another one that was pointed out to me was that when I said:

"Factory ops are out of scope in OGSA, so file creation is  difficult."

What I should have clarified is that this is a general principle regarding
creation of underlying physical resources rather than using a factory
pattern to create a WS-RF style resource.
