[AuthZ] Closing the Group

This is actually one of the hidden reasons why I'm eager to close the
AuthZ Frameworks group (authz-wg at ggf.org) now that it's completed its
work:  people confuse it with the OGSA-AuthZ WG (which is the one I
think you're thinking about) at maillist ogsa-authz at ggf.org.

Yes, I'm expecting that OGSA AuthZ group may well meet and may wish
to continue on the work it identified as undone or expecting revision
with the release of SAMLv2. You should work with Stacey to setup the
times for the Seoul meeting then.
