Hi, a few comments on the document...

First a general one: I believe that we need much more (content) and I'm 
worried we are not really able to provide it at the present moment.

In motivation we mention "Instrumentation as a service" that would allow 
composing experimental actions "irrelevant of the location of the 
cooperating instruments."
I have heard this statement before but I still cannot envision a use 
case that would fit it.

We mention again the GTCP which is dead at least 4 or 5 years now as far 
as I know.
