Folks,

With the change from Allen reflected, I inserted the Mike's text
into the section 3.3.4. Also, I drafted the section 3.3.1 by myself,
just in case we can't get one from Tom. I will appreciate your
comments on this.
( Tom, please correct the text if there is wrong description. )

I'm afraid I am not good enough to describe the rest of
remained sections shown below:
  3.3.5 OASIS WSDM TC
  6. Manageability
I would appreciate volunteers for these topics.
