[acs-wg] Skype/glance connection check

Folks,

For those who are to join the ACS-WG sessions remotely, we
will have the connection check time for both skype and glance,
As described in the minutes of today's tele-conference.

I hope the check will complete in ten minutes and prove that
they can be used between the sites with reasonable performance.

The proposed time for the check are shown below:

Mar 13 Sun 22:00 (Korea) / Mar 13 Sun 08:00 (U.S. Eastern)
Mar 13 Sun 23:00 (Korea) / Mar 13 Sun 09:00 (U.S. Eastern)
Mar 14 Mon 07:00 (Korea) / Mar 13 Sun 17:00 (U.S. Eastern)
Mar 14 Mon 09:00 (Korea) / Mar 13 Sun 19:00 (U.S. Eastern)

Please pick one from the list and let me know it by the end of Friday
here (Thursday in U.S.). I will announce the pass code for the check
then.

We are to use glance for the ACS-WG#1.
We are to use skype for the ACS-WG#2 for the substitution of the
traditional call bridge.
