Hi Tom,

I regret that we missed you in today's meeting. I hope that
we have a meeting once at this occasion to discuss our future
plan in the presence of all active members.

If you can suggest your preference on time and date for the
meeting, we will have one in addition to, or in place of
the regular call.

I understand that now is the busy time for you to drive
your TC, so if you need defer this for some time, we can
wait for it. In any case, if your contribution about the
topics via e-mail is very much welcomed, too. I hope
you can find some time to do some of this.
