1. Agenda bushing and roll call. (5min)

2. Naregi updatges (15min)
Usami-san and Yamada-san will explain the status.
Goal: brainstorm what we need and how we can resolve the issues.

3. Date for F2F (15min)
Date:  May 23 and 24
Place: Washington D.C.
Topics:Issues and steps to generate WG draft, additional requirements
        and IUDD standardization.
        Agenda will be posted before the meeting.
Attendance: Open. Below is the list of attendees so far.
  Pete Ziu, Mike Behrens, Sachiko Wada, Keisuke Fukui
  Confirming the attendance form Naregi PSE team and Thomas Studwell
  We are considering to let people join in the meeting over the phone.
Goal: Confirm the attendance.

4. Research updates on CDDLM, security, etc.(15min)
Please report your findings on these, if any.
Goal: Find the refinement to the current requirements description.

5. Issues list (5min)
Comments on the Tracker on the acs-wg project page. How we can use this...
Goal: Agree if we use this and how we can add items in the tracker.
