once when i was trapped for weeks by my brain issues, unable to really do anything physically, likely entering loops of dehydration and such that worsened the issues — aside, i recovered from this — i spent a lot of time or energy imagining and 4 dimensional space bent such that a bag contained itself, and could also be carried around. so you could have this bag where you’d reach in and there would be the bag. i think it basically looked like the surface of a hypertorus with a hole in it, but there were quirks or something it was hard to imagine, especially in my state of mind, but got easier because i tried for so long. it’s not as easy at the moment.
generally the challenge was to figure out somerhing impossible, then figure out how it could be possible, then figure out something more impossible, repeat repeat repeat
i like accomplishing hard logical challenges not so much writhing and jerking when i try to work on them
ok harder challenge without using 4 dimensional space, or at least only using it as conventional spacetime, how can a bag contain itself? umm maybe by designing it such that its bounds of containment were outside of it? like if it made a fountain
let’s reduce the tension and go back to a concept spammed to this list before let’s make a space rocket out of tissue paper! or s9mething similarly incredibly flimsy like cobwebs or dustballs.
- we can use an nlp bot to scrape the internet for materials properties and perform the rough design - we can make bots that replicate like a reprap generator to collect the materials
let’s do some binary arithmetic involving small numbers and maybe roman numerals or hash marks or something
now apif a hephalump as say yae big, then we can compare the size of a yae to the size of a frige
say we has to sink a tennis ball into a basketball hoop by having a robot arm striking it with a fishing pole
i’m imagining some major areas of the behavior — there’s a serious sweet spot where the tennis ball is in the air and the fishing pole is moving toward it, followed by another sweet spot
let’s come up with a way for an omniscient and omnipotent god to stop using their power and let everything happen on its own?
ummm how about this let’s stop a runaway train in such a way that it impacts a small plush toy right as it is stopping.
but i think if there is a further limitation of the plush toy not flying very far it may get confusing for me
ok, little plush toy, sitting in front of runaway train with its arm up to say “stop”
i imagine there are a lot of ways to stop a runaway train, but a plush toy may have trouble carrying them all out
maybe we could put something powerful in the other arm the plush toy like a hose going to a sealed warehouse of compressed air trains are _heavy_!
