Most cop cars across USA have it built in. And as older cars are replaced by newer they all will. Even many tow trucks and recovery vehicles have it as well. Let’s not forget that Tesla and many other vehicles with “driver assist” all have cameras and cellular antennas. They capture a tremendous amount of data and transmit it.
