you make them by leaving parts of your feeling self (part of you thought this) and think there’s not much left [this is unsure, and hasn’t been inferred much further yet]
if can build all habits, we think approach could heal. if can only build external habits, well.
there are possible ways to build this but the context is being closed due to a developing danger that may grow further

we do spend a lot of time going “haha” and “oh no” while body spasms, might look a little like a delicate neural cluster preserving a subthought under signidicant duress
