I’m not a resident of NYC and couldn’t care less about what sounds like ramblings of a crazed or heavily drugged individual.
I have no political capital there but here in California and on Governors PAC being formed for ‘28.
If you want a recount go get a couple of hundred thousand signatures on a petition and hire some very expense legal minds and the election will be finished by that time
