It is not in the self interest of any TLA or Government to follow the "rules", but only to break them in its own interest wherever and whenever at all times possible to get away with same. Whosoever thinks "government" be so honest as themselves might claim... is a fool.

This be important point ... do not believe everything "your superiors [e.g. govt.] say/ proclaim". Human rights are lived. Use it or lose it.
