Thanks, I'm curious about this so I'll look more into it and amend such information to my post. Personally I find JavaScript more trouble than it's worth, just at a practical level, but for giving general users advice on browser security, this would be good enough for them.

I have heard of the class of attacks that focus on JIT compilation, so I am somewhat familiar with it. But I will certainly do more research on the topic.
