Then all the lowlevel footsoldiers who are during downtime surfing the webs from the uncensored connections in a free-er country will have even zero chance of stumbling across alternative media, less chance to change mind to not fight, more chance to be pissed and kill even more people "because their phone don't work have to buy a new one and their 'enemy' is to blame for it." Now maybe block the high russian politicians and its toplevel military that are involved in ordering war, disrupting the organization. Use automatic software updates and baseband to set their background image to lipstick wearing Putin in front of LGBT flag, dump all their dickpics, adultery, pedophilia, and corruption to leak sites. Not exactly free from similar possible risk either, but is more fun to consider, lol.
