No huge " Gov Corp " No coordinated global intelligence agency. State capitalism is a paper tiger. Anarchism is poised to take over. There are people with power, who act once they notice you. We call them GovCorp, but it's a bunch of different forces. Once you change someone's scenario without relating with them first, they try to make something change to put the scenario back. They might have a million dollars or friends to do so with, and they might not know who you are.

I propose we set up a group decision making system, funded with money the business leaders and governments give us. They won't need the money anymore after disbanding their businesses and governments. We can replace all the funny buildings they built with community areas. What do you think?
