Sent my last email with just an [ot] tag when it was really less of note than that. I'm having a lot of decision-making errors and most people would simply ignore a weird email like that. Practicing adding more tags [spam][weird][wrong].

You realize that 'we' know that your tags are just more spam? Then again you pretend to believe that psychobabble proves science proves psychobabble.
Being aware when you are expressing things that are likely not contributing much helpful, is incredibly helpful and can keep you somewhat sane and contributing much longer.
