chain of custody with trusted agents maintaining perfect presence. maintain CoC throughout entire fabrication cycle, until end product in hand. (then pass to next chain of custody for fabrication...) even the most extreme audit proposal lacks this level of diligence.
Yes it would be interesting to see what the various supposed open fabs would present as their operating principles, auditing and process flow and governing bylaws. It really is a completly new space open for whoever wants to take it up. I think the market is ripe for open and profitable entrants.
