[end of quote] I spent thousands of hours in law libraries learning primarily Federal law. So when I read this kind of quote, I wonder who is the more clueless. It is highly unlikely that the Federal government can LEGALLY circumvent a block on their surveillance power over groups that merely believe things that this government doesn't want them to believe, and say things that government doesn't want them to say. Harkens back to COINTELPRO, a Vietnam War era government operation to infiltrate black and anti-war groups. Reports over years noted already using $B's of private firms, countries, etc... this can be newspeak way of backdating rollout and programming pre-thought acceptance of it before some embarassing news/leaks of their use hits. Nor does procuring, contracting, ordering, or spy alliancing someone to do the dirty work, absolve Govt of doing the dirty work. Definition: extremists - all those who hold opinions, evidences, speech, etc in any degree of difference or opposition to whatever the current ruling party espouses. Spying and Databasing thusly enabled, eg: Everyone, everywhere, at all times, firstly for powerkeeping, frontrunning messaging, squashing of dissent, and arbitrary control of human beings. And it's clearly getting worse and more integrated, worldwide. The US quietly cheers China, and AU UK lapdogs etc, every advance in their Social Control regimes... "See, they did it so we are too..." Make some extremists for one client, track them for another. Now that it's normal to be falsely considered an extremist, this post makes sense around what happened to communities like this one. Cryptographic systems provide for ways to fight back against this, but most people don't know how to use them. Trump was starting his own social network business, as if that would stop his own people from getting banned without something protecting its integrity.
