Dear FinCen: FinCen's digital assets lead is named on NY-DFS' agenda right before the July 4 holiday. We have an open FOIL concerning New York Superintendent's September 11 LendingClub Board of Director’s resignation. A calendar pattern is concerning given substantial FOIL delays. BIS' London Innovation Lab is not xNY.io - Bank.org, PBC's problem. The Bank of London is a big problem for digital asset innovation funded out of New York. We have been in touch with the Bank of London and the Middle East on this concern. Facts as they stand support that FinCen already is well aware of NYCCoin and USDP being digital asset failures in terms of value. USDD is clearly signaling the same. As such, we would like to request and ultimately earn FinCen approval to engage the Federal False Claims Act to protect digital asset purity, given our uniqueness and New York headquarters. We look forward to learning more on this important matter. Respectfully yours, Gunnar Larson -- *Gunnar Larson * *xNY.io <http://www.xny.io/> - Bank.org <http://bank.org/>, PBC* MSc <https://www.unic.ac.cy/blockchain/msc-digital-currency/?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Search&utm_campaign=MSc-Digital-Currency-North-America&utm_term=blockchain%20unic&gclid=Cj0KCQiAyJOBBhDCARIsAJG2h5ctwwMz0MRbVSk-LaYD-GMU5UgDSw7ynxbGr_a7SkaFAZzJc1-pzxEaAi4NEALw_wcB> - Digital Currency MBA <https://www.unic.ac.cy/business-administration-entrepreneurship-and-innovation-mba-1-5-years-or-3-semesters/> - Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ip) G@xNY.io +1-646-454-9107 New York, New York 10001 ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Gunnar Larson <g@xny.io> Date: Wed, Jun 15, 2022, 10:58 AM Subject: Fwd: REGISTER TODAY: DFS Exchange: A Conversation with Regulators and Industry Leaders on June 30, 2022 To: cypherpunks <cypherpunks@lists.cpunks.org> ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: dfs.sm.Innovation <Innovation@dfs.ny.gov> Date: Wed, Jun 15, 2022, 10:31 AM Subject: REGISTER TODAY: DFS Exchange: A Conversation with Regulators and Industry Leaders on June 30, 2022 To: dfs.sm.Innovation <Innovation@dfs.ny.gov> JUNE 30 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST [image: Diagram, engineering drawing Description automatically generated] DFS EXCHANGE A Conversation with Regulators and Industry Leaders on Financial Innovation and Digital-First Regulation Join us to celebrate the launch of DFS Exchange <https://www.dfs.ny.gov/industry_guidance/innovation>, an engagement platform to foster the growth of responsible innovation in financial services in New York.
