Hello everyone I would like to share the whitepaper of MONEU blockchain. It is an open-source SHA-256 proof of work payment network. What makes it different is that the right to spend does not rest on the signature only but spending also needs a one time proof drawn from a private file of physical entropy. This proof is built on a Merkle tree and hash functions so the funds stay safe even from an attacker who recovers the private key with a quantum computer.
