It's not even clear why the FBI has any jurisdiction in this case.  Other than a mere allegation that Biden's daughter's diary was stolen, remember that Biden didn't hold Federal office for nearly 4 years prior to the 2020 election. Biden should not be allowed to use the FBI to harass political opponents.
