Human Rights misnomers - Marxist communists - agreements/ contracts
So the looney "liberal" lefties (commies) want everyone to -have- everything, including "free": - education - medical care - insurance - food - housing - legal aid - etc Labour's Richard Burgon Slams UK Government Cuts to Legal Aid as 'Depriving Human Rights' https://sputniknews.com/uk/202001141078037104-labours-richard-burgon-slams-u... Sadly this communist neo-Marxism is now being sold under the deceptive lie of such gibs being "human rights". Now listen up snowflakes (and all who missed the memo), human rights are sanctions, not gibs. And more particularly, a human right is a sanction which does not infringe the human rights of other humans. Resist being deceived. What is a sanction? A sanction is that action (arising from a power or ability) which you can exercise independent of the authority, will or power of any other human. So a human right is one of those things arising from your own latent (or natural) capacity and ability. For example: - the right to move, walk, travel - the right to communicate - the right to survive - to do those things necessary for the continuance of my physical body - grow food and plants for medicine, farm animals, collect and use water - the right to breathe - the right to think and believe what one wills - the right to build a dwelling to protect you and your family from the elements of nature The reason gibs are not human rights, is that they are not sanctions - instead, gibs is the imposition of your will (effectively, usually by force of the state to "collect" tax) upon another human being. Which is fundamentally evil. Imposing your will on others, is to deny the other the right to choose to do as he pleases in his own life, with his own body and his own time. The despotic "right" to free shit - free gibs - is a consent to despotism. Once we agree to one despotism, we have effectively agreed to all despotisms. "Free" gibs, imposed by the force of the state upon productive individuals, is: - the surrender of individual responsibility (for one's own actions and choices in life) - the consent to all despotisms of the state - the consent to the financial enslavement of your people, your community, your councils and governments If "free shit" is to be couched as a "human right", then at best it is nothing other than a predatorial right of the ignorant and of the predatorial, upon the productive and the responsible. The primary challenge to the fable of the grasshopper and the ant, is "charity". Imposed charity, tends strongly to despotism and descent into madness. https://www.yandex.com/search/?text=grasshopper%20and%20the%20ant&lr=21265 The Ant and the Grasshopper https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ant_and_the_Grasshopper The Ant and the Grasshopper, alternatively titled The Grasshopper and the Ant (or Ants), is one of Aesop's Fables, numbered 373 in the Perry Index.[1] The fable describes how a hungry grasshopper begs for food from an ant when winter comes and is refused. The situation sums up moral lessons about the virtues of hard work and planning for the future.[2] Even in Classical times, however, the advice was mistrusted and an alternative story represented the ant's industry as mean and self-serving. Jean de la Fontaine's delicately ironical retelling in French later widened the debate to cover the themes of compassion and charity. Since the 18th century the grasshopper has been seen as the type of the artist and the question of the place of culture in society has also been included. Argument over the fable's ambivalent meaning has generally been conducted through adaptation or reinterpretation of the fable in literature, arts, and music. ...

To borrow some lines from Fabiana Cecin, Everything already is free. Paid for by a star. You can try to block all that and divvy it up into privatized parcels with biz deals and right-wing verbiage, but reality doesn't care. Mortal bodies die eventually, experience itself is a gift, sharing is what we do with those we love. Love should extend everywhere, even past your fiefdom of Trump-esque mine Ayn mine. If you're worried about The Bad People doing The Bad Things to your hoards of magic cryptocoin abstractions, mebbe interact in different ways such that The Bad People and The Bad Things fade away into nothingness, rather than fantasizing about building bigger and bigger walls around your seasteading island where all by your lonesome (and purchased caregivers) you count your coin until it's finally time to go into your scam cryonics chamber. Achkshuallay, if you discount the efforts of right wing humans, yes, everything is already "free". But that could be an argument that won't fly so far: - you've now confined the conversation to resources and arguments of finite vs infinite, and "can anybody truly 'own' anything" etc - not only is this a distraction from human rights vs gibs, one where you might e.g. talk about human labour and effort "only possible by standing on the shoulders of giants and therefore having some 'duty' or 'moral obligation' to 'contribute back to society'", you've even discounted that and reduced the argument to one of "resource scarcity" and "all resources have already been paid for by the Sun"
You can try to block all that and divvy it up into privatized parcels with biz deals and right-wing verbiage, but reality doesn't care.
Yes, reality does not care that my toothbrush and silk undies were purchased by coin obtained by me by my personal labour - since "damn your ownership, WE SHARE ALL GIBS!" (with as many SHOUTING CAPS as you can stomach at the time of the snow rant)
Mortal bodies die eventually, experience itself is a gift, sharing is what we do with those we love.
A few truisms, yes.
Love should extend everywhere,
There are many "shoulds" and ideals in life, and it is thoroughly recommended to pursue your own truths (as evinced in your "should"s) to your greatest capacity. Live thy truth in Latin.
even past your fiefdom of Trump-esque mine Ayn mine.
Charity starts at home. That is, my first duty is to live my life, as best I can provide for my needs, and ideally contribute beyond myself, to my family and then community (fiefdom). If all those are satisfactory, yes, contributing beyond, to other fiefdoms, to other communities, is a worthy goal. Just don't force folks to do that, and you may find they are actually inclined to do that.

Unfortunately, far too often we see "lefties" clamouring for Big Gov to provide for all their personal needs - housing, legal aid, food, before you know it they'll be demanding dildo's for the destitute and breeding licenses for all! A call for self responsibility is not a denial that the atoms we utilize were created by the Sun. Every dichotomy is disproved in the micro, often enough in the macro. To tl;dr the OP: "Legal aid" is not a human right; neither are any other gibs; human rights ought be lived by many, at least in communities of people who value living in freedom. Freedom can never be imposed, e.g. "You are free to purchase (and abide by) a state issued drivers 'license', or to not drive any vehicle within your community," is a tyranny, it is not freedom. ( Before folks go off the rails, 'duty of care' means proving competency, and one way or another, the community shall ultimately handle (e.g. by police or posse) conduct which damages lives and/ or property - but the right remains, and whilst I exercise my right safely, neither you nor your government have any moral authority to stop me from exercising my right. )

Whenever you guys try this you always murder millions. One of Bernie Sander's well paid staffers was promising to murder millions, enthusiastically explaining that Stalin did it right, that fascists need violence, that everyone who supports Trump is a fascist, and Bernie Sanders failed to disown him or fire him. And when Bernie Sanders talks, he does not promise to murder millions, but he neglects to explain that he is not planning to murder millions and neglects to explain why it will be different this time around.
And when Bernie Sanders talks
Bernie talking... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gt47X6VWlZo Typical politician. This commie social thief want to "get your information" for question, disagree, optout regarding his cult regime plans, when his "democratic majority" in force over you.
