—- icsa conference short talk (emailing while attending) stalked by a cultist: fighting back and recovering paulette buchanan is an inspirational speaker https://fightingforjusticebook.com/ it is those groups where the leader is addicted to power and has mental instability that engage in extended stalking, harassment, frivolous lawsuits, defamation, death threats, smear websites, fake identities performing disreputably, online trolling, of not only those considered enemies but even those associated with them in any way such as neigbors, employers, friends … in proportion the leader’s mental instability … …. like a detective would, think like your stalkers in order to predict their moves and be more prepared for them. they are trying to terrorize their targets into silence and submission to the point of mental breakdown or suicide. (they are also trying to disrepute their words) … - do not develop the habit of denying or belittling what has happened or is happening to you. document as much as you can: everything, even things that are benign that show you are not doing anything you might be accused of doing otherwise. - do not retaliate with or otherwise adopt their tactics, they are familiar with them - do get a trained counselor familiar with stalking to support you. keep and dind the people who show they are your friends, the people who are not toxic, the people with experience being stalked. - do make sure you have security systems in and around your home or homes and vehicle or vehicles. stalking is a form of warfare and you need to learn vigilance and self-protection. if there are normative indicators of forms of gangstalking, such as stalkers all wearing the same color, you need the documentation that it is the kind people accept as real, and can get further validation and aid. - do become aware of your local stalking laws - do carefully inform all the people in your life who will listen about what is developing and ask for them to pay attention and report back to you - do bring your documentation to attorneys specializing in free speech rights, defamation, and harassment issues. most give a free consult. tech savvy stalkers can break into major search engines and it can be hard to confront them on that front … note you’re usually not the only victim, and warning the public is of benefit. contact the media to be reported on. —- you are not crazy, you are not alone, and you have a human right to speak up they stalking effort weakens when you fight it, this is why it discourages fighting it. keep fighting. take the time to have nourishing friends. stay off social media. reject negative self talk. eat healthily. exercise habitually, breathe well. do not isolate. take quality alone time, too, journal or make recordings of self, anything that will help you get through it. self care. hold realistic expectations, you are experiencing significant trauma. you may need to be highly vigilant for a long time. read books and articles by other stalking victims especially if their situation was worse than yours. icsa has good resources. this takes forever and a day, but you and your supporters and community will get through it. book describes motivation of stalking too
