profrat had previously told me that they were most likely to read messages that were in direct reply to theirs. this message was not in reply to one of theirs, and was not sufficient for _asking_ for the change rather than _demanding_ or _trying to cause_ it. I would like to successfully communicate with people around things, before trying to influence them.

I had actually talked with a therapist about the idea of wanting to kill people: the therapist was harping on this topic, and it felt weird and scary to me. I had written the conversation down and emailed it to myself. I do not want to work to harm people. The therapist seemed pretty scared too. I might need to get another

This is from my experiences of trying to talk about coercion with therapists. It is hard to get therapy. I think it's normal to use an analogy and sustain the analogy as if it were true, I'm not sure. Some of us have come together, but we're really scared to go to
