Dear NYSB Ethics Team:
As a founder at xNY.io - Bank.org; I respectfully contact NYSB to report potential blood medical record fraud on April 1, 2025.
*This alledge fraud could be sponsored by NYSB licensed individuals, including Mr. Jason Brian Atkinson and NYDFS Superintendent Ms. Adrienne A Harris.*
- NYSB, Mr. Atkinson and Ms. Harris have went to great lengths to perpetuate this possible blood medical records fraud; Over a multi-year period spanning 2021 - 2025. - NYSB, when Gunnar Larson contacted Mr. Atkinson first on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 (below); No response was received until Friday, February 14, 2025. - Ms. Adrienne Harris as NYDFS regulator could be indirectly supplementing this likely blood medical record fraud.
NYSB from 2021 to 2025, Mr. Atkinson, Ms. Harris and New York State Attorney General Letitia James have seemingly been complicit with perpetuating the fallacy behind this potential blood medical record fraud.
- Damages associated to this potential blood medical record fraud would exceed $500M from similar cases Letitia James has sponsored as Attorney General including journalists like Gunnar Larson.
Making matters even more precarious for Atkinson, Harris and James, a potential city and state sponsored harassment campaign has been cultivated by Atkinson, with questionable ethics at play for Harris and James.
- Today, I contact NYSB to ascertain if a NYSB ethics investigation could be launched, given the high dollar value of similar cases sponsored by James' judicial oversight of New York State as Attorney General. - Harris and James' potential malfeasance has spiraled into questions of B12 malpractice as New York State sanctioned regulators.
Finally, it is my understanding that Governor Kathy Hochul is aware of the B12 malpractice worry through an astranged hematology NYU relationship of Hochul's.
NYSB Ethics could be shocked at the scale of Hochul's involvement from NYU that could constitute real New York Human Rights Law violations along with fear of United States Civil Rights violations.
- NYSB may recall New York State's immediate former Governor was investigated by James for similar unjustified attacks.
Hence my NYSB's Ethics query today, April 1, 2025.
I look foforward to hearing from NYSB to forgo NYSB listing as co-conspirator to this alleged blood medical record fraud.
Thank you,
Gunnar Larson -- Gunnar Donald Arthur Peter Larson
