Definitely geared towards wholesale payment systems (a world with its own culture), it nonetheless presents a well-informed assessment of DLT deployment challenges. In my opinion, the main conclusion (DLT may not replace centralized wholesale payment operators) was to be expected since the reference used for comparison (i.e. Canada LVTS) is among the most advanced system. Secondary conclusions are less damaging to the Distributed Ledger Technology deployment potential.
