PS:  - Create a daily routine to save yourself.  Go to take a bath and take some sleep.  I am wasted.  You are probably much worse.  Think about sweet things before sleeping.  No more nightmares.  Only snugglehugs, flowers, puppies, kittens, rivers, or the smell of the sea early morning...
