2nd Fintech Exec Vows To Fight $175M JPMorgan Fraud Case

A second executive of shuttered student financial aid company Frank pled not guilty in Manhattan federal court Thursday to swindling JPMorgan Chase & Co. into buying the startup for $175 million, with the defendant's lawyer saying he "intends to clear his name at trial."
