Again, network resources include:

- b/w (bandwidth)

- b/w over duration

- latency

- latency over duration

- data storage

- data storage over duration

- link count

- link count over duration

Are we yet missing a basic "network level" resource?

("over duration" means "availability", so s/.../availability/)
