      Nonprofit Asks 11th Circ. For Redo In Water Damage Dispute

A Jewish nonprofit asked the Eleventh Circuit on Friday to reconsider its
judgment in favor of an insurer that refused to pay any more than $5,000
for the nonprofit's nearly $248,000 water damage loss, saying the court
misread policy exclusion language.
