At the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship Conference, I emphasized to our 4,000 friends and allies gathered in London that a strong America is good for everyone—and in order to maintain our strength, our foreign policy must be centered on our own national interest.   

We encourage all our allies to do the same for their own countries. Because survival of the West depends on it.
