Board Ignored New Risks To Coptic Christians, 3rd Circ. Says

The Third Circuit on Wednesday granted an Egyptian man's petition to review his asylum bid, saying he presented arguments about changed country conditions threatening his Coptic Christian religious minority that the Board of Immigration Appeals ignored.
