Ga. Panel To Review Atty's Suit Against State Bar GC, Others

The Georgia Court of Appeals on Wednesday granted a pro se Georgia attorney's bid to revive her dismissed case accusing Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation Inc., three of its employees and State Bar of Georgia general counsel Paula Frederick of libel, defamation and tortious interference with a business relationship.
