US Bank Sued Over Alleged Silencing Of Unhappy Customers

A proposed class action removed to California federal court accuses U.S. Bank of trying to unlawfully silence unhappy customers by embedding nondisparagement clauses in its online banking terms and conditions, similar to a separate suit filed against Bank of America last week.
