Ex-Amazon Coder Charged With $9M Crypto Exchange Hack

A former Amazon security engineer was arrested Tuesday on charges that he stole $9 million from a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, in what the Manhattan U.S. attorney's office called the first-ever prosecution of a hack involving so-called "smart contracts."
