Abstract

A version of Chunk-to-Chunk electronic payment enables us to transfer value without dependence on Energy. Computers can group or Split it before it is transacted, which may affect the transaction processing time, or may not. A problem occurs when choosing to resolve Consensus with Low Power, allowing an Attacker with High Power to control the network, or resolving Consensus with High Power, causing Nodes to become burdened in completing it. We propose IVC to prove ownership in addition to Digital Signatures. The Network has units of 10 Classes, with each Class serving as a Block provider. It fully applies Proof of Effort with Ratcheting. The Ratcheting will be regrouped into units of 10 Classes, and with a Fixed 3-Dimensional Size, it does not merge Cryptographic proofs and rejects Dimensions smaller than it. Iterations are solved through Delta Mathematics to achieve success, and the Timestamps then store them sequentially. Nodes can split the Public Key into 70 Chunks and can reconstruct it completely using a Private Key or Mean Data. The Address is then generated from Odd Keys (ODD) and Even Keys (EVEN). A group of Nodes can have Addresses with the same Odd-Key or Even-Key sequence while producing different Address Results. ODD and EVEN are generated from Coordinate Randomization (Shoelace), while Computational Power can still complete the Consensus directly or split it.
