Dear Katerina:

Thank you for your response.

There will be no reliable Internet, with a secure connection in Chelsea, Manhattan at this time for the scheduled exam.

Could we please reschedule the exam. Or can you please confirm you have communicated with the FBI of xNY.io - Bank.org's concern of being harassed by taking UNIC's MSc and MBA?

Warm regards,

Gunnar

Dear Gunnar,
I trust this message finds you well.
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, it's not feasible to accommodate an extension for the two-hour duration of the exam.
As per the course guidelines, the exam is designed to be open-book and with internet access, allowing students to utilize internet resources as needed. Granting extensions would introduce unfair advantages for some students over others.
Please be reminded of the exam dates: it will commence on May 10th at 09:00 am (CY time) and conclude on May 12th at 05:00 pm (CY time). It's advisable to begin the exam at least two hours before the closing time to ensure sufficient time to complete it.
Should you have any further queries or concerns, feel free to reach out.
Warmest Regards Katerina

9th Circ. Says Calif. Bar Didn't Violate Student's Fed. Rights

By Lauren Berg

The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the dismissal of an octogenarian law school student's claims that the State Bar of California violated his 14th Amendment protected rights when it refused to excuse his delay in taking a first-year exam, saying the California Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over admission matters.

On the MOOC forum, I made a human rights post a couple weeks ago.

I do not see it on the forums. Do you have a copy of it by chance?

Thank you,

The US is examining allegations of human rights and international law violations in Gaza — by both Israel and Hamas — and will not apply a double standard, Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters in Washington on Monday.
