...and they hung him out with the code. Busted him. Reeled the code back in. Distributed it as the "ShadowBrokers" as a honeypot with the 'cover' that it was already out there so it COULDN'T be the Intel agencies, and when it didn't get them many nibbles on their poisoned pot, they just 'let it go', because as can be seen with the latest and greatest, the code was designed to attack Russian interests anyway, and they'll probably get Martin for releasing it.
