Dad:

Please do not involve the Idaho FBI in anything to do with you or my mother.

You should immediately consider contacting the link below for consideration of the SDNY Whistleblower Pilot Program.

This is a new program launched June 24, 2024.

I will call mom on Monday to see if she would like me to fill out the form for her, given Federal Dissability guidelines.

It is my understanding that the Idaho FBI and the New York FBI could have been concerned that you or mom may have been a good target for entrapment, given my role at xNY.io - Bank.org.

Dad, understand that the good people across the FBI expect that no one feels above the law. Even if you were indeed entraped, it is not the FBI's mandate to prevent anyone from malfeasance.

All this said,  because I am nearly certain my role in New York is part of all this, please waste no time in contacting the the SDNY Whistleblower Pilot Program.

Given your being in Idaho, one might think Idahoans would not qualify. However, given my association you (AND MY MOTHER) would be covered cross border via New York Human Rights Law.

Dad, I thank you in advance for perrserving a constructive relationship with the Idaho FBI. Like I said, I will call Mom on Monday to see if she would like to consider the idea separately.

Love,

Gunnar

(Individual Voluntary Self-Disclosure Program)
SDNY Whistleblower Pilot Program:

The Office has launched an SDNY Whistleblower Pilot Program designed to encourage early and voluntary self-disclosure of criminal conduct by individual participants in certain non-violent offenses. In exchange for such self-disclosure and cooperation, the Office will enter into a non-prosecution agreement where certain specified conditions are met, including, importantly, the condition that the Government was not previously aware of the criminal conduct that is the subject of the disclosure. By providing clarity on the requirements and the benefits of such self-disclosure, we seek to incentivize individuals (and their counsel) to provide actionable and timely information. That will, in turn, help us bring more misconduct to light and better protect the communities we serve.
