I work in Site Reliability Engineering and Google is selling Boston Dynamics, but I'll be sure to suggest that to them before they go.

I do recall Facebook said they were working on something along those lines, trying to make discourse more civil. Perhaps popping up Clippy or something. "I see you are trolling. Can I help you write something more diplomatic?"

I'm not sure ML at any scale could come anywhere near the sheer harrassment power of millions of MRAs living in their mothers' basements eagerly patrolling Twitter hashtags. The idea of a cheetah bot chewing the face off of someone like that does appeal to me, though.
