SDNY Whistleblower Program Aims To Boost Self-Disclosure

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Damian Williams unveiled a new whistleblower pilot program on Wednesday to encourage individual criminal participants to come forward in exchange for nonprosecution agreements, echoing recent efforts by the U.S. Department of Justice to boost corporate self-disclosure.
