WebMD Unit Seeks To Muzzle Ex-Execs Amid Arbitration

A subsidiary of the health care website WebMD Health Corp. has sued two former executives in the District of Connecticut, alleging that after they left the company, one of them hired the other in order to gain an advantage in arbitration with a contractor that failed to complete a multimillion-dollar data sorting job.
